On November 7, 2025, a customer from Côte d'Ivoire visited Linghao Machinery to inspect his ordered equipment—the HZS120 concrete batching plant and QT15-15 fully automatic brick-making machine—both already in production. The visit aimed to finalize payment terms and confirm shipment arrangements.

We presented on-site photos and real-time production status, which fully satisfied the customer.

Regarding the delayed final payment, we had an open and respectful discussion about applicable late fees. The customer understood our policy and ultimately agreed to the terms.
