The customer purchased our 35m3/h concrete plant in 2013. His plant was running smoothly, but he just wanted to upgrade the current centralized control system. With the assistance of our engineers, he successfully completed the upgrade and transformation of the centralized control system, which was more automated. The customer was very satisfied with the quality of our machines and after-sales service, and paid the software upgrade fee on the spot.
This visit by Russian customer has achieved positive results, and the two parties have reached an intention to cooperate again.
