Products: HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant, Brick Making Machine
Milestone: Official handover on November 7, 2025
30 Days of Dedicated On-Site Execution
From October 7 to November 7, 2025, a specialized technical team from Linghao Machinery traveled to Somalia to complete the full installation and commissioning of an HZS60 concrete batching plant and a supporting brick making machine. Despite challenges including language barriers, limited local infrastructure, and remote working conditions, the team adhered to the principle of “customer first, quality foremost” and finished all work ahead of schedule.
Advanced Equipment for Diverse Construction Needs
The HZS60 is a core solution for small to medium projects, featuring:
- 60m³/h theoretical capacity – ideal for roads, bridges, and factory construction
- JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer + PLD1600 precision batching machine – ensures accurate proportions and uniform mixing
- PLC-based fully automated control system – enables real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, and reduced manual labor
During trial operation, the equipment demonstrated exceptional stability and efficiency, earning unanimous praise from the client’s management and technical staff.
End-to-End Quality Control
Our senior engineers worked side-by-side with Somali personnel through every phase:
- Site surveying and foundation preparation
- Modular assembly of batching plant and brick line
- Electrical and control system integration
- Comprehensive trial runs and operator training
This hands-on approach ensured seamless handover and immediate operational readiness.
Strengthening Our African Footprint
This successful project marks another milestone in Linghao Machinery’s expansion across Africa. It demonstrates not only our technical capability in R&D and manufacturing but also our adaptability to diverse regional conditions.
Going forward, we will:
- Provide ongoing remote and on-site technical support
- Monitor equipment performance in real-world Somali conditions
- Develop more localized engineering solutions for African infrastructure needs
We are proud to contribute to Somalia’s construction industry—and to build lasting partnerships across the continent.
